Working Drawings

Working from the homeowner ‘s approved preliminary design, the next step is the engagement of the engineering consultants. Working in parallel, my office will coordinate and further develop the design with highly detailed drawings of character elements which makes every quality home special and unique. This would also be a good point in time to start working with an interior designer should you feel the need.

Specifications and Permits

The final phase of work combines the consultants work with the architectural working drawings, creating the final documents for the construction of the project. Local agencies will review and issue required permits. All of the above work “Plans” are now available for the bid process, and ultimately construction of your home.
