As stated in my Architectural Service Agreement:

WORK PRODUCT

All plans, drawings, specifications, studies and work product produced for the Project by, through, or on behalf of Architect, pursuant to this Agreement shall conform to all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, and governmental rules and regulations, shall be accurate and complete and meet generally accepted architectural and engineering standards and principles, and shall be sufficient and suitable in every respect for the intended purpose and use of such work product.
